Here's to staying cozy in the winter months!
What you need:
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- Enjoy Life chocolate chips
What you do:
Heat the milk in a medium saucepan on medium/high.
Throw in the cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar, and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
Pour into a cute mug and add some marshmallows if you're feeling rebellious and are okay with breaking the paleo streak, and top with Enjoy Life chocolate chips. If you're staying strong, mix a tbsp or so of the chocolate chips into the cocoa while simmering and melt them into the magical mixture. Stay warm and enjoy!
